- Support messages: information you share when you contact our support team
2.2. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use Amazy, we may collect limited technical data, such as:

4. AI and Content Generation

If your subscription expires, your account and content remain stored but are inaccessible until you renew.
If you delete your account, all personal data and user content are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where legal or financial record-keeping is required.
We securely erase or anonymise data when it’s no longer needed.
